Rust

Rust...This is what happens to the inside of our bodies without the power of antioxidants. Like forming rust on this car, free radicals attack otherwise healthy cells and may damage or even kill them.
Protect yourself with antioxidants!
Want more details?
Heading back to biology class. A unstable molecule is also called a free radical. We are all exposed to them from external factors like pollution, UV rays and cigarette smoke, but your own body produces them as part of your normal metabolic function (such as digesting your meal or during exercise). The more your involved with these the more you need extra protection. An abundance of unchecked free radicals is not good news for your body, because they may cause a serious chain reaction of damage in your cells. The National Cancer Institute states, "free radicals may play a part in cancer, heart disease, stroke and other diseases of aging."
Adding Antioxidants into your body, they will naturally pare-up with these damaging molecules and Render them Harmless.

So...Do you think now it's a good idea to be adding antioxidants into your diet?
